Koi provides an AI-powered SMS assistant platform that helps users manage their digital life through text messages. Our service includes features such as email management, travel bookings, web searches, and automated task handling.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
By providing your phone number and opting to receive SMS verification codes, you expressly consent to receive text messages from Koi for authentication purposes.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time. Opting out of SMS verification means you will need to use email-based authentication instead. Your consent to receive SMS is not required to use our service (email login is available). We will not share your phone number with third parties for promotional purposes.

Our service integrates with third-party platforms such as Google, Microsoft, and others. Your use of these integrations is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
The service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Koi and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
IMPORTANT: AI Content May Be Inaccurate
Automatic Renewal: Your subscription automatically renews unless you cancel at least 30 days before the next billing period.
No Refunds: All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. You will not receive a refund for unused time.
Payment Authorization: By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method automatically.
Cancellation: Cancel anytime through your dashboard or by emailing support@withkoi.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.

YOU AND KOI AI AGREE TO BRING CLAIMS ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY. YOU WAIVE YOUR RIGHT TO PARTICIPATE IN A CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT OR CLASS-WIDE ARBITRATION. Claims must be brought individually, not as part of any class, consolidated, or representative action.
We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these terms. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the service. Your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
